T-Shirt Hell

The color red...red for the blood that Dan, Derrick Martin and I gave in the creation of the T-shirts that the "Fans" , "Forumites" so desparately begged for...but, yet only a handful (less than 5), have actually contacted Dan and purchased your first edition T-Shirts.
Derrick Martin donated time away from his very hectic schedule, (school full time, and two full time jobs), for us and designed the shirt front and logo for the back. He didn't have to, but he did because he is a fan of the Starfist novels and a friend of mine.
Dan contacted the publishing company and made sure we could do this leglly and then spent more money than I want to even think about in having these shirts printed for the forum and it's fans because THEY (you) asked and asked for them.
I worked with a printing company to get the best deal for the shirts on my free time, mind you I work 2 jobs, write a screenplay and get MAYBE 4 hours of sleep a day when I am lucky.
So, yes, we gave blood to have these shirts designed and made for this forum and the Starfist Fans. The lack of interest in them now, literally leaves a feeling like the three of us, that devoted so much time to the fans, just got spat on.
I do not want to hear your apologies. I did it for my love of the Starfist series and the writings of David and Dan. I would do again if asked.
Your apologies should go to Dan, and David. It is their work that you claim to praise with your "Fanship" then turn your back on when offered a chance to show your true "Fanship"

AMEN!! Show the love people. For the cost of supersizing your Double Whopper you get to have a piece of history! Heck, Danners sends it FirstClass.... in bubble wrap...worth it right there. I've got mine and love it. Where else do you get the opportunity to sport your favorite SciFi Series?

Unfortunately I feel even this post has fallen on deaf eyes.
