Green Light
Posted: 11 Mar 08 7:25 AM
Yesterday I signed a contract with Random House Publishing, that allows me to market the Starfist Screenplay I have been writing for the past year or so. We, as fans, can make this come to fruition. We are our best marketing. The Internet is our voice! Through this medium we can be heard. So let unite on a solid front and take this project all the way to the end!

So what can the fans do to help you sell the script?

1. Start a petition on http://www.petitiononline.com/.
2. Once I "deliver" the screenplay to Production companies/Agents etc. I will post the company names with various contacts. An innodation of emails directing them to this forum and that petition      may draw support to the script and make them look at it more seriously.
3. Someone good with MYSPACE should design a fan page there as well. We can draw a lot of support from there.

Are you going for Theatrical and Television?

Television I would Target FOX and SCI-Fi Channel, they have solid past in CGI Sci Fi stuff, even though SCi-fi Channel does do some cheesy things, they have done some great work in past, Dune and Children of Dune Mini Series comes to mind.

Hope this works out, be great to see this on the big or little big screen.
