I pay no attention whatsoever to what's on youtube. Youtube is good for the occasional laugh, for finding out what asses are dribbling about, but lousy for finding out about the real world.

I don't know if you can find a totally unbiased news  source.  I find "The Economist" approaches that state but they're a British outfit so sometimes their understanding of how we work in this country is a bit shallow, especially when it comes to issues of self-defense, but otherwise they present full world-wide coverage of the news, generally very sound analysis, and damned good command of the English language.
