Freedom is never free...Americans just cannot stomach the truth of what should be done...annihilation. A good ol'hydrogen bomb or two would kill all the life over there and save the oil for later use.

How about this: we seal all borders, become an agrarian society again, erect a Berlin Wall across our northen and southern borders, pull back our navy to patrol all our territorys, and our military to shoot the shit out of everyone that comes within a thousand yards of our land border, and sink every boat that comes inside our national waters. . .

THEN carpet nuke every SOB nation out there that would stand against us except for Germany, Ireland, Poland, Uzbecistan, and Cambodia. . .    And maybe South Africa and Paraguay.

Geez, and I thought Pat Buchanan was far out!  But our solution to Vietnam was somewhat similar: Put all the people who supported us on boats and evacuate them into the South China Sea, nuke both Vietnams and then sink the ships.  That would've deprived us of some wonderful Vietnamese restaurants and me of my grandkids, but what the hell, anything for the greater glory of The American Way, right?

Nah, Eric, stomach has nothing to do with it. Back in 1983 (during the Cold War, you know) I proposed in a newspaper opinion piece, that we go ahead and have a nuclear war. One ground rule: It had to be conducted totally in the Middle East, which I said was the only way to solve the Israeli-Palistinian problem. The paper was deluged with letters-to-the-editor accusing me of being anti-Semitic.

Teufelpanzer: Look, let's clean up the whole air travel problem. Everybody's got to strip naked and not carry anything onto an airliner. That's the only sure way to insure some whacko isn't carrying something that might conceivably be used as a weapon.
