Mr. Sherman and Messer Crag, it has come to my attention that Top has made a mention of two biases in reguards to nationalities... The Deutsche (and Volks Deutsche) and the Nipponese. Why not poke the nose of the French, or the Italians, perhaps?

First you would need a might tall ladder to ever reach a frenckman's nose.  Second the Italians took there lumps right with the Irrish last couple of centries.
