drinking on post qt the all ranks club or drinking off post at a bar does it really matter?

In my day they had the NCO club and the EM club.  Nowadays everybody gets stupid together -- or nobody gets stupid anymore what with the Puritannical view government has on enjoying your leisure with the traditional warrior pastime, getting drunk.
