       Yeah I had that problem too, what drove me towards Maggie was the fact that Bella was battle hardened and could pull those serious/sexual stunts like when she and Gossner hid in the dumpster in "Backshot" and I couldn't imagine summers doing that...or at least not to the same effect. Also Maggie has the pixie-like appearance that Bella had

Very true and very well said.
The Prime Master read the message again. This time, by the time he finished reading, he smiled beatifically. The message included a great deal of information about the Earthman Army and airpower and their tactics. This was inteligence that would serve the Emperor's army well when it next encountered the Earthman Army. As it most assuredly would.......

I see Charlie Bass as the quintessential short, wide, no neck, hard core Old Corps NCO. I have had the joy of knowing men of that caliber all my life. This includes 2 men who were deployed with the 32d MEU to Lebanon in 1982. Both of these men are of the 1st Recon BN. One I met after he returned after the tragic bombing of the Marine barracks. He taught me a great deal about honor and how to project yourself to other to show authority and still maintain the proper air of respect upon others. On to of that he taught me hand to hand combat. I was 16 years old at the time and he and I worked together as lifeguards at a local swim club. He would take me into the indoor pool and throw me around while teaching me how to handle someone twice my size, I weighed about 125lbs he was a massive 240lbs with about 7% body fat. The other I have recently met a few years ago wile playing airsoft. He became my CO of a team he put together for the game. He is about 10 years older than me and is 5'6" 165lbs. A wiry little fellow who people underestimate. He is works for the US Marshal's. I fear him, but he is the man to go to when the shit hits the fan.
 Charley Bass is the grump old man who you respect and fear at the same time, his superiors respect is opinion and will back his decisions even though they may be against SOP. Charley Bass  , A Marines is your best friend, and your worst enemy.
