StarFist #22 ??
Posted: 07 Sep 06 10:38 PM

Apparently, we now have certain word that David and Daniel will be continuing to write StarFist novels until what I estimate is another ten years, if the current rate of production holds!  This word comes about as a result of what appears to be cross-time intelligence gathered by Sergeant, soon to be Ensign Jak Daly of Confederation Marine Force Recon.  In short, Jak takes copies of "all 22" Starfist novels with him to Officer Training College on Arsenault, to help him stay amused during scarce free time.

So, David and Daniel!  Now you know!  So, get hopping!  There's plenty of words to be churned out between now and 2016!

Mike:  Have you ever wondered what it must've been like to be a slave on a Roman galley?  Well, try writing a series for a big publisher and you'll get a first-hand glimpse!

Mike,

Dan and I are trying to wrap up the 14th book in the Starfist universe. Some authors have written series that went much farther than that; admittedly, they were shorter books than these. After a while, following the same characters can become wearing on the author.

To follow up on what Dan said, if Starfist wasn't a genre best seller, we wouldn't have been allowed to get away with some of the things we've done to keep our interest up.

Eric,

What Starfist vids, where are they? I haven't seen any.

David

David in Point Blank, Jak Daly purchases all 22 volumes of Starfist plus all the Starfist vids as well. Do not worry, I understand after so many books it is hard to keep up with all the plot fillers and little extras you two throw in there.
