Sons of Shabeli

I recall someone saying (I think in one of these forums) that the Starfist timeline has evolved about ten years from "First to Fight". I wonder what sort of impression would last ten years among the younger ones who would want to meet - or be - Mr. "Bhats". Some of them might be coming out of Arsenault now...

Just another wild idea from the peanut gallery.

And don't forget, Dean has a son born on Wanderjahr that he doesn't even know about yet.  Imagine Sgt. Maj. Dean some books down the road with a recalcitrant Marine who needs correction -- and looks a hell of a lot like the Sgt. Maj.?

What we need is some really dedicated soul to go through the books and calculate out the timeline for the entire series thus far.  How many years has it been since Claypoole left Arsenault?  Some other authors keep track of their future history timelines and publish them in their books.  Jerry Pournelle ("Codominium/Empire of Man") and Lois McMaster Bujold ("Miles Vorkosigan") come to mind.  Maybe even David Webber ("Honorverse").

Actually, you didn't specify the gender... another Queen of Killers, maybe?
