WE'RE HERE! was settled by counterculture hippies originally.  While they appear to be no longer hippies, their names and sometimes titles tend to reflect the Sixties drug culture.  "Stemsnseeds" for example, is a reference to marijuana smoking.

I think Dan and David were trying to do a number on the hippie culture.

MC, you live!  We'd begun to worry about you for a while there.  Actually, we have nothing at all against hippie culture so long as it fosters sobriety and the occasional shower.

Amen to that. I can deal with enviromentalist hippies, and even high hippies..But high AND stinky hippies? That's TO much.

If you want to understand the settlers of  "were here". All you have to do is go to a crosby, stills, nash and young concert.
