"There is no fighting in the War Room!"  Love that movie too!  Gotta watch that again...been a while.  Scott was the best Scrooge I've ever seen also.  Have you ever seen "Islands in the Stream."   Man, I love that movie.

I never have seen that movie but on your recommendation I just ordered it from Netflix.  Do you know about them?  They have thousands of movies on DVD and send them to you via mail, postage paid.  When done (no late fees, keep them as long as you like) you just drop them into the sleeve and mail them back.  Eliminates all the hassle of going to Blockbuster or Hollywood Video.  I've been using them for over two years now and am delighted with the service.  Best of all, I get it for $20 a month.

Anyone out there seen "Syriana" or "Munich"?  Would be interested in comments if you have.

Glad you ordered it.  Hemingway story.  Good characters.  Great father/son movie.  Scott, I think, is amazing.  Let me know how you liked it.  Haven't seen Syriana or Munich yet.  Will soon.

D-shot:  I'll hold off giving you my impressions of  "Syriana" and "Munich" until you've had a chance to see those movies and then we can compare analyses.  We watch a movie here almost every night of the week, some very good and others absolutely abysmally awful.  I must own 200 movies (DVD & VHS), my all-time favorites.  But man, how many times can you watch "Zulu" in one year?
