Shultz in the future??

As I was reading Firestorm,, Shultz was saying he liked Claypoole as a fire team leader because he let Shultz be. Waht if, in future books, Claypoole climbs the ranks to Seargant and a new fire team leader is selected to fill the Corporal billet. Maybe he could stifle Shultz until he explode. I dont know, i was reading and i justn started thinking about this situation. Maybe something to consider.
