A favorite character has some serious woman trouble, another gets a serious wound, and yet another gets killed. And that's with the book only half written. Oh, and some of the combat is from the army point of view. And the Skink commander is as vile as any of them you've seen to date.

Hmmm. Maybe I should have fed you those tidbits over an extended period of time instead of letting you gorge on them all at once.

A favorite Character gets KILLED?! NO! Not Kerr! Not Doyle! NOT DORNY! AHHHH! Not Wolfman! Not Claypoole! Not Dean before finding out he's a dad! NOT THE HAMMER! Those names listed above for also for serious wounds. Now, I can take a guess at who has some woman trouble. There's our two recent womanizers, Hammer and Claypoole...but maybe this has something to do with Dean and his Wanderjahrian beauty?

Thank you David....Now I can't wait for the book. And it's only have done, and then you need to send it up to Del Rey! I can't another year for this!
