To the Authors. Do both of you occasionally take the mickey out of each other? With joking derision calling each other "Jarhead" or "Doughboy"?

You know, I've often wondered what kind of situations you two get into while writting these books. How do you guys go about choosing who writes what? And how do you guys choose the basis of each book, at that? I've been writting a book since I joined up, and got it to, as of last night, 333 and about 1/3rd pages, and I'm not even half way done, from what I story-boarded it off of...
