Now, a TV series, that would be something!  I don't care what they do with the stories so long as they pay us handsomely for the rights.

Well... I think the writers were just thinking that because the Marine Corps is part of the Navy, they assumed (and we all know what that does) that the Marines follow suit after the Navy Proper. . .
