Well, they'll certainly get a lot higher in a few days. I've a few people here who are going to buy some books. right about..... NOW!

I already mentioned this on a different thread, but _Gulf Run_, which I had earlier said I didn't expect to earn out its advance, finally did. And _Onslaught_ is still selling almost as well as some of the Starfist books. So if there's a surge in sales, particularly of _Rally Point_ and _Gulf Run_, perhaps Del Rey will be willing to reconsider. *Hint*hint*

Just a thought, no promises.

So in the end what were u going to do with the whole Marrigold and Golden Girl both loving Haft thing? And is it safe to assume Spinner would have settled for Doli in the end?

I did have a specific resolution for the Golden Girl / Doli mess in book 1, but my editor on the series was rather heavy handed and cut out all the little hints I was dropping in to foreshadow what was to come--he didn't know what those hints were doing there. That may have contributed to how bitchy the Golden Girl was in books 2 and 3.
