What year does Demontech takes place? After going to your website, I read a sample of Demontech 1 and notice the illustration has a medieval with modern rockets launcher look.

Its in a medival based world but the evil guys got a special demon and Marine Corp hand book, while the good guys got The Gunny, a Marine Corp Gunny lol. and so the evil guys designed weapons from the book using the demon to "spit" from inside the gun acting like ammo. and the good guys got one hell of a Marine Corp lol

it takes place in a parallel universe eqivilant to our medieval times adn yes Haft and Spinner are the two main charas. and they get the hand book through a summoning ritual...its hard to explain...just read the book and you'll love...if u get enough people liking it they may get to continue the series

The bad guys got US Army Field Manuels. The good guys got a USMC gunnery sergeant, who wrote "The Handbook for Marines." How this happened is in the prolog of the first book. Go ahead and read it; it's short and gives a good taste of what the rest of the books are like.
