What's in a name?
Posted: 29 May 08 11:20 AM
I've never asked, but I'm sometimes curious as to where people come up with their names. This time I gotta ask. Endorphin? I know what endorphins are, but as a name?

Feldwebel "Barcelona" Blom was a character in Sven Hassel's military fiction books about a German penal unit in WW2. Fun reads I think, and mostly memorable characters. Blom was kinda a small character but I was attached to him.

Skink, I know you feel that you have to comment on everything, but that was downright rude. Uncalled for.

Well. Ok, your right about that. Say, when I looked up the name; it sounded like a chemicial in something; it's on wikipedia. Maybe someone can explain it to me.
