Yes welcome to the HQ new found lovers of Starfist!!! Not sure where you all are in the series, but David and Dan are great authors and their stories are fun, balanced, and engrossing. I have been reading Sci-fi in all forms for over 25 years, and focused hard on Military sci-fi this past year and they are a cut above the norm for sure. The best thing about their writing is they balance the story in each and every book, from end to end, you dont feel hurried at the end like a majoity of the books out these days, solved in the last 20 pages.

They pack a punch into their books, and the universe, characters, and backstory are well developed. You roll from book 1 to the next and the next and it just keeps going, 12 in main series, 2 for sub series and counting, two due out in next six months, and will still be wanting more.

Davids Demontech books are also excellent, a vary different spin on fantasy, that is for sure, and lead you on a building quest across three books.  So check those out if ya get the time. 

The added benefit of them responding to the fans is very nice, and appreciated, doesnt happen much these days. June is a busy month for most, with summer vacations, Kids outta school, nicer weather being outside away from the electronics, so posts can be a little long between from some (im guilty) and plan to do more.
