You are such a tease Dan!  I believe I saw a one Ms Chang-Sturdevant at that AA meeting.  "Pour me another Marcus!"

Geez, Deadshot, if you had to run the whole of Human Space, especially with all the bad guys running around all over it, you'd need "another one" too!

Dan: If she would make Aguinaldo her military advisor instead of these glory-hound Army pukes she wouldn't have half her problems or at least they would be delt with swiftly.  BTW, Thread "Couple of Questions" could use some love.

WingWiper: Ok "New Guy," we resemble that remark!  I call shotgun.

MClarke:  Yo, for a guy who LITERALLY runs this site (very well btw), you're awfully quiet.  Seahawks getting you down?

Shadow: Hey Marylander, where's the chatter?  Put down the crab-cakes and start typing, you always have some good points to make.

JackMahan: I know why you're quiet, Patriots & Red Sox bumming us all out man.

Lucky: All this chatter under your Intro and you're no where to be found.

I see all these new sign ons but no intros.  What's up with that?  How am I supposed to slack off at work if I can't get some decent postings?

Quiet due to a gaping hole in my first floor TV room (that used to be a bathroom, which is being shifted over to the next room, which used to be a bedroom).  I come home at night and guess what greets me?  Remodeling.  In a house over a hundred years old with not a truly plumb wall nor level floor in the whole place.

Seahawks already got me down a bit, but I'm over it.  Although the Mariners aren't looking very hot this year, for all they got Ichiro and a very good new catcher from Japan (name slips what remains of my mind).  To revisit the Seahawks, one of the team members is kind of a homey -- Jeremy Stevens, the guy you saw miss a couple of passes (and got one in the endzone before the apparently drug-addled referees came up with some bogus call), is from Olympia, where I live, and since his mom was an acquaintance of ours we did run into him personally from time to time.  Good kid.
