Posted: 19 Jan 07 3:01 PM No I thought more along lines of Army Green although they are doing away with the uniforms and going to dress blues.  They finnally have a slogan that is as good as the marines with this new ARMY STRONG campaign. Posted: 19 Jan 07 3:57 PM  Army:  I remember when the Greens were mandated.  When I came in I was issued a set of OGs, the old "Ike Jacket" uniform and that was a wonderful suit, looked military and would keep a crease forever.  We called the Greens "bus driver" outfits.  Going to the Blues is certainly an improvement.  But I want to tell you something, the Marines still have the most military-looking and sharpest uniforms of all the Armed Forces.
