red dots on the forehead?  I had a women in detriot that had one of those.  We had a whole line waiting at the gas station and all she wanted to do is yell at her kid in a forieng language.  After about 7 minutes of waiting, I said very loudly to the guy in the front of the line, "hey buddy when she turns around push the button in the center of her fore head.  That will switch her back to english mode."  She turned real fast, but she started to deal with the costumers then.
