I'm Susan from Silver Spring, Maryland.  I've been a fan of Starfist since almost the beginning.  I got hooked from the first book and am still hooked on the series.  I also have read Demontech (the little demons are funny  ; P) and the Force Recon book.  I like all of the books in the Starfist series.  I've never served in the military; however, I am an avid military history buff.  I believe that of all the military fiction (sci-fi or otherwise) the Starfist series has the most realistic atmosphere and characters.
