TS:  You are a very perceptive reader.  Also, Grossman's reliance on SLA Marshall's totally discredited "research" really weakened his arguments for me.  ORDINARY MEN will boggle your mind.  I think Browning's response to David Goldhagen's criticism (HITLER'S WILLING EXECUTIONERS) is very sound.
