I've wondered that myself Tolt.  Mike is from the "left" coast but I'm guessing it's Greenwich Mean?

i am from the same coast and it is 6 hours later than me, which puts it over the dateline.  but the date is not accurate.  trying to wrap my head around this situation drives me to liquor.  to bad i'm all out :(

Well, I've been wondering about this, too.  There's a setting for this, and I thought I set it to Pacific time (which is my time zone), but it seems not to have taken.  Either that or I messed up somehow.  I'm not the biggest expert on this software, DotNetNuke.

Well, young Jedi, you "messed up, somehow".  :)

What you forgot is that the Forum module has its own timezone setting, apart from the site itself.  The site was set for Pacific Time, all right, but the Forum was set to its default, which Deadshot got it in one, is Greenwich Mean Time,  or as it is otherwise known, UTC .

One wonders if it ought to remain set to UTC, since we have an international clientele here, but in accordance with Mike's wishes (I love talking to myself, you know?), I have set it to Pacific Time.  Now, dear users, please keep in mind that you can change your user profile to use your own time zone, if you wish, and the Forum will follow through on that for you.

Just keeping the place tidy and neat -- that's MY job.
