It looks to me that General Billie will screw things up badly in the next book. I can even see another Diamunde happening again (When Auginaldo relieved the army leader). But, no matter haw badly things go, it is still only a couple army divisions and only ONE FIST. Even if things do get hairier on Ravenette, they still have the 26th FIST in reserved (being quarantined and all). No matter what happens, the Confederation still can muster enought material and manpower to beat the Coalition.
    All that aside though, I cant wait to see what happens in the next book. But No matter how bad Billie screws up, the Confederation still can turn the situation so they win.

PS i just signed up today and I really love Starfist : )

McQ:  Good to hear from you!  Don't be a stranger to this site either, we get some great conversations going here.  FIRESTORM, No. 12 in the Starfist series, will be out in June.  You will see what becomes of General Billie in that book.  Hope you like it as well as the others.

Billie really got what was comming to him in Firestorm, eh? He shot himself after Chang-Sturdevant told everyone about the skinks, correct?
