Evil One, no, dry your tears, my son!  Owen is alive and well despite the impression of his early demise.  He's getting on in years, though, and talks about dying pretty soon since the lifespan of Woos is not very long.  But he makes an appearance in WINGS.  We have no plans right now of croaking the old boy but if that ever happens, you bet he'll get a presidential sendoff.
