That Woo is extremely useful in situation where Skinks is present or helping Dean and Iggy (not sure who). I thought I read somewhere that Owen was able to detect the skinks presence and help Dean escape from prison in order to help protect the vice roy or diplomat (can't remember whats the woman's position).

I wonder how he knows where the skinks are since 34TH Fist has somewhat problems locating them.
