Ravenettes armed forces

I was wondering about Ravenettes military. In some situations they seem to know what their doing, but at other times they make mistakes. Do they have a good military with good leaders and training or are they a mediocre military. I understand that they have the Confederation in a hard place, but that's largly due to them outnumbering the Confederations forces planetside.

well teh Ravenette forces are from all sorts of planets in their control...a sort of UN force, so the quality of the troops vary from one unit to another...those MP's are a good example of the ugly side...they have what they have, and their commander did the best he could with what they gave him...which wasnt that much, they had the numbers and the training but against the combined units of Force Recon and a few good Fist...they couldnt hold out against the break out...if it was just the ConFed army then that would have been a diffrent story...they had good commanders i think, they did well with what they had, except the MP's...the Ravenette troop quantity has a quality all its own, but the superior weapons, equipment and training that the Fist had turned that tide...

You're right, but don't forget, that entire war came about because of the Confederation's insistence that the existence of the Skinks be kept secret from everyone.  We were very careful not to portray the Ravenites as evil people.

true, they were responding to the sudden Confederate troop build up in their area, and took rather drastic measure to prove their point of view...

What mistakes did the coalition genral make? I thought he did a very good job with what he had. What would you ( other bloggers included in this disscussion) do diffrently?
The Prime Master read the message again. This time, by the time he finished reading, he smiled beatifically. The message included a great deal of information about the Earthman Army and airpower and their tactics. This was inteligence that would serve the Emperor's army well when it next encountered the Earthman Army. As it most assuredly would.......
