Anyone read the books by this author. Baen publishes them and they are pretty good. The first two are Freedom and The Weapon with a third out that I haven't read yet and the name escapes me.

The basic premise is an independent world named Freedom with a libertarian government is being embargoed and later invaded by a corrupt, politically correct UN (As if that isn't an obvious oxymoron) run Earth.
