Military people must always be prepared for surprises because every plan, every move, is subject to unexpected events and you have to be able to roll with the punches, be prepared for the unexpected.

I would think Kelly b4 Chan...but that is just my take on it. I like David and Dan and so many of our Brothers in Arms have trained, prepared, planned for every conceivable surprise one may have in battle and then the enemy comes up with something you didn't plan, train or prepare for. But the planning, training, and preparation gives you the ability to roll with the punches and most times hit back harder than they expected!
