I caught the Pusan connection right off, but missed the Corregador/Battan connection. Thanks for the reminder Dan. I grew up at my grandfathers knee listening to his stories about Omaha Beach and the Pusan Perimeter. Remember those who fail to learn from histories mistakes are doomed to repeat them and those who fail to learn are just doomed.

dan and david the thing is that the allies in the pusan permeter was not outnumber by what 10 to 1 odd when all 6 divisions mention in flashfire shows up. So if the confed is going to broke out gen billie is going to have a accident to put him off duty to let ted pull a inchon on the rebels.

one more thing the field army on the training planet has it arrived yet in flashfire or is it going to be coming in firestorm.

thank you

Luec:  At the end of FLASHFIRE it is getting rather crowded in the Bataan fortress since, yes, all the reinforcements have arrived.  We avoided giving exact figures for either army's order of battle but the assumption is they're about evenly matched at the end of FF.  But to get the answer to your question you'll have to wait until FIRESTORM comes out.  Sorry, it's Top Secret information and if I gave it away now then all you fans would be smarter than us, worse, you wouldn't spend your money to buy the book!

Thank you Dan, one question on pointblank is it going to cover both the time period of flashfire and firestorm or does it start before the ted unit arrived in system and goes all the way through firestorm.

That's a good question luec.  I think it was brought up that the Force Recon was working as the 34th arrived.  My guess is that we'll have to have some background on deployment, but as to not give away Firestorm, should stop where Flashfire does.  What'cha say gentlemen.  Shed some light on this?

I also think our Force Recon will meet up with our wayward & pregnent Army gal.  Am I warm?

Not to worry about that Danners.  I've already put my paper-route money aside for both books.  I'll even pay hardcover prices for ya buddy.
