The creation of TF Aguinaldo was a natural progression, a follow-on from the war on Kingdom.  The problem was, it was kept secret and that was the primary reason for the secession movement. Recoil is in our publisher's hands. We're working on Wings of Fire (book 13), and are now way beyond what he said. Much is answered in Recoil, but more questions may be raised. As far as "one planetary report" goes, bear in mind that 34th FIST got quarantined not long after the events in Blood Contact (book 4), and the quarantine was because of their contact with the Skinks.
