A few years ago at Balticon I was on a panel on the use of clones as soldiers and witnessed an interesting phenomenon. The panelists with no military experience treated the concept as worthwhile. Those of us who were military veterans were uniformly opposed to it, sometimes in rather strong terms. The difference, you see, is those of us who had been there know that soldiers are people first; those without the experience failed to see that soldiers are also people.

"happened," not "happend," is the past tense of "happen". Basic rule, add "ed" to a word to make it past tense.

Oh, so why were you there with other ex military people? And were these clones real or false?
