My dad peiced together something very interesting with this book, the skinks have been modeled after WWII Japan (no prisoners, suicide, banzai attacks, ect..).

Yes, the Japanese are models for the Skinks. Tell David that, he won't say who he modeled them after.
The Prime Master read the message again. This time, by the time he finished reading, he smiled beatifically. The message included a great deal of information about the Earthman Army and airpower and their tactics.
