I thihnk theres something wrong with the chapter order. Chapter 20 for me is Long and his police raiding the Villa and ends with the disappearance of Jasper and Sally and the deaths of Senator Maxim and his party. But 21 has Marcus and Chang-Sturdevant talking about just being with Long before he left for the villa, as well as Maxim and his party in the elevator heading up to his suite.

Does this happen in anyone else's book?

My copy was the same way and I wondered about this.  It confused me, but then after I read the next chapter I had to wonder if it was their intention to have the event happen...then pull further back and explain what led up to the tornado hitting the building.    I think it would have worked better to swap chapters and tell them in the order they happened though.  

I guess we'll hear from David or Dan and find out soon enough!

Aside from that, I really did enjoy the book!

It has to be a typo, Del Rey might of goofed up
The Prime Master read the message again. This time, by the time he finished reading, he smiled beatifically. The message included a great deal of information about the Earthman Army and airpower and their tactics. This was inteligence that would serve the Emperor's army well when it next encountered the Earthman Army. As it most assuredly would.......
