Military Training
Posted: 22 Sep 09 1:32 AM Modified By Admiral Link on 9/22/2009 1:35:56 AM)
Whenever marines train or greenhorn train is their training more vigorous than navy, army and etc?

How about soldiers when they man the anti-aircraft guns and flak guns to?

Marine Boot Camp is more strenuous and stressful than any other basic training. Anti-aircraft artillery (flak guns is just another name for it) is its own occupational specialty, just as is armor and air crew. You get specialized training for it. That said, there are anti-aircraft weapons that are designed for infantry use. Even there, the infantrymen are given specialized training in the use of the weapons.

Are you consider as a recruit or greenhorn when you start your military training?

Recruits in the Marines and Navy.

I don't know what they are called in the Army and Chair Force. However,  think greenhorn is a civilian term for a lot of civilian jobs.

Really? I thought that armies use the term "greenhorn" because the recruit is starting his/her training.
